Meet the Staff

All of our members of staff are dedicated to creating a safe, happy, caring and educational environment for your child.

We have robust recruitment system in place through The Howard Partnership Trust and all members of staff have undergone an enhanced DBS check and hold a paediatric First Aid Qualification.

All staff have access to diverse training opportunities in order to develop as individuals and to achieve continuous improvement within the nursery.

Mrs Bobbi-Jo Minton - Nursery Manager

Hi, I'm Mrs Minton, I am a qualified Early Years Practitioner with 15 years child care experience. I have also specialised in SEND and have worked closely with children with a range of additional needs. I love my job and couldn't imagine myself in any other role. I feel that seeing  children develop and thrive is the most rewarding job in the world. I am always thinking of ways to make the nursery environment better and of different ways to support children with their individual needs. I love supporting children with confidence building and self esteem as I feel these are key skills for their futures.

Miss Kersnovske

Hi my name is Natalie Kersnovske, otherwise known as Miss K. I have just moved to the UK from Australia where I worked as a Kindergarten teacher for 6 years. I have a Bachelor of Education specialising in early childhood which I am extremely passionate about.  I have always had a passion for working with children and enjoy creating engaging learning environments for the children to explore. I strive to build special bonds with each child, supporting their unique strengths and providing challenges and support for each child to develop positive attitudes towards learning.

 Mrs Clifford - Nursery Nurse

Hello, I am Mrs Clifford and I have worked at this school for almost 24 years, and qualified with a level 3 in Early Years Care and Education in 1999. It is very rewarding to encourage the children to develop in their independence and to see them excel in their knowledge and understanding. I enjoy being creative and inspiring children to express their own imaginative ideas.

Mrs Banga - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Mrs Jastrzebska - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Hi, I'm Mrs Jastrzebska but everyone knows me as Mrs J. I love developing areas within the setting to enable the children to  thrive. I really enjoy gardening with the children, arts and crafts and playing turn taking games. I have an NVQ Level 3 in 'supporting teaching and learning in schools' and I am looking forward to doing a level 3 in 'Early years care' in September.
